很多人都说，我和孩子他爸爸都是英语水平很好的，能不能自己翻译呢，答案是否定的，有关主管部门规定，证明翻译或者证件翻译是不能自己翻译的，须有找专业有资质的翻译公司才能翻译，翻译后需要加盖翻译公司的专用章才可以使用。说以说自己翻译是不可以的。
